Did you feel the earth move last night.........???? Here I was minding my own business sitting on the sofa and woo-hoo the house started moving..yes, the whole house - now that was a little bit scarey.....except Kev thought it was ultra exciting......

Didn't get to become a fashionista for SIS.....bit dissapointing but hey there are bigger upsets in the world....!!!!

Lastly....have you seen this site - postsecret - it is updated every Sunday by Frank. Sometimes it is funny, other times it is sad and every now and then it is just down right wierd. But great !!!
People annonymously post their secrets........have a look and make your own mind up......me, I want the books now.

Off to eat some choclit.....only half a bar though cause thats half the fat so I can eat twice as much....xx

Quickie......

Just a quick post cause I need to go to bed.

Started my new job.....sort of interesting.....main thing is it suits my current needs for now. Decided that I am going to go back to Uni to get a degree and qualify to be a teacher. Have done all the leg work, just now need my application to be accepted and wait to start in October. I am quite excited about it all. I have to spend 4 years at Uni so possibly 17 years after I tried it the first time, I may actually get to graduate.....fingers crossed !!!!!!

SIS projects and applications are finally done - just waiting for the results. Not sure which way it is gonna go but I made it to the end which is something I suppose !!!

I suprised him and took him to Jongleurs for the night....we had a really nice night. It was quite a big thing for me cause I am not the most best at going out so to have arranged it myself and to lead the way there without one anx attack - I was well chuffed !!! Two of the comedians were ones we have seen on tv.....we had a jolly good evening I do believe xxxx

We had an invite out for a drink last night - so we ventured down to a 'local' club.....my oh my.......'local' it was - conjure up scenes from League of Gentlemen (the funny one not the Sean Connery one).

Seen phoenix nights?? There you have it minus the doormen. Ther was a lone entertainer man on one of those keyboard guitar things singing Billy Idol and The Monkees............the only thing that was missing was the chap with the painted face and the clouds of cigarette smoke (only cause that is now illegal!!).

...and if you have your sound turned off turn it back up.......love this song - heard it on Jools Holland the other night. Apparantly he (Joe Brown) sang it at the George Harrison tribute night.......you will be humming it all day !!!!!!!!
